Is anyone providing an updated booster coil for these aircraft?What are most people using?

Of course, we are not in the airframe business and the booster coil is definitively part of the aircraft not the engine. But I do understand that Bendix make a good booster coil, originally for their own magnetos, but which does work with the Russian magneto.

Are they not US suppliers? But there is a UK company:wattsaviation.co.uk who normally have supplies of all tyres for these Eastern aircraft.
