I made one once. Used a cut down end wrench and the end of an old socket for the 1/2" drive. Welded them together and it works fine. Seem like it was ~4" long. I used an even length so the torque wrench setting calculations would be simple.

IIRC I just used a double ended wrench, put one end on the prop bolt and a tight nut-bolt combo in the other end, a torque wrench on the new bolt, calculated the setting needed.
